Lionsgate Streams 2 More Clips From New Power Rangers Film
Lionsgate began streaming two more clips on Thursday from the upcoming Power Rangers film. The first clip shows Jason and Kimberly talking about leaving Angel Grove, and the second clip features the five main protagonists in an underwater cave.
The company streamed a clip on Monday featuring the five protagonists discovering an alien spaceship deep underground.
Lionsgate describes the new Power Rangers film:
Saban’s Power Rangers follows five ordinary high school kids who must become something extraordinary when they learn that their small town of Angel Grove – and the world – is on the verge of being obliterated by an alien threat. Chosen by destiny, our heroes quickly discover that they are the only ones who can save the planet. But to do so they will have to overcome their real-life issues and band together as the Power Rangers before it is too late.
The film will open on March 24 after a delay. The main cast includes:
Dacre Montgomery as the Red Ranger Jason
Naomi Scott as the Pink Ranger Kimberly
Ludi Lin as the Black Ranger Zack
R.J. Cyler as the Blue Ranger Billy
