Hinamatsuri Anime’s 1st Promo Video Reveals Cast, April Debut
The official website for the television anime of Masao Ohtake‘s Hinamatsuri manga began streaming a promotional video for the anime on Monday. The video reveals the anime’s main cast and April premiere.
The main cast includes:
Yoshiki Nakajima as Yoshifumi Nitta, a young member of the Ashikawa-gumi yakuza group. He is an intelligent gangster who manages several aspects of the business, and is respected by everyone around him. He had lived a comfortable life as a bachelor until Hina barged into his life, and now he is treated as a divorcee single father. He is a do-gooder and often gets dragged into other people’s business.
Rie Murakawa as Anzu, a girl with similar telekinetic powers to Hina, dispatched by the organization to eliminate Hina. She is ignorant of the outside world, and is very agressive, but she has a kind and expressive nature deep down. She is socially awkward, and can’t make a living for herself, so she lives a homeless life.
Kaede Hondo as Hitomi Mishima, Hina’s classmate who watches over her. At night, she works as a bartender. While she is easily dragged into trouble, her ability to adapt to situations has led to many unreliable adults to rely on her, so she is seen as a multi-talented “hyper woman.”
The comedy manga centers around a super-powered girl named Hina, and Nitta, a young member of the yakuza. Hina suddenly appears in Nitta’s room and threatens him with her extraordinary powers. However, they end up living together.
