Noragami Stage Play’s New Visual Highlights Yato, Yukine
The staff of the stage play adaptation of Adachitoka‘s Noragami manga revealed a new visual for the play on Friday. The visual features the characters Yato and Yukine, playe by Hiroki Suzuki (left in picture below) and Keisuke Ueda (right), respectively.
The new stage play, titled Noragami: Kami to Kizuna (Noragami: Gods and Bonds), is a continuation of the story of the January stage play, and features an original story. The play will run at the AiiA 2.5 Theater Tokyo from February 16 to 26.
Kodansha Comics is releasing Adachitoka‘s original manga in English as well as the Noragami: Stray Stories manga. The original manga inspired a 12-episode television anime series that premiered in January 2014, and Funimation streamed the series as it aired and released it on home video. The anime’s second season, titled Noragami Aragoto, premiered last October, and Funimation also streamed that series as it aired.
The limited editions of the 10th and 11th volumes of the manga each bundled an anime DVD when they shipped in February 2014 and July 2014, respectively. The limited editions of the 15th and 16th volumes also bundled anime DVDs in November 2015 and in March earlier this year.
