"Naruto to Boruto: Shinobi Striker" and "Ultimate Ninja Storm Trilogy" Revealed for PS4
The anime and manga baton has been passed from Naruto to Boruto, but both father and son are getting in on some more video game action. A pair of PlayStation 4 titles were announced in the latest issue of Jump, including one that’s all new and one that brings in a collection of past hits.
First up is Naruto to Boruto: Shinobi Striker, which is billed as an “acrobatic ninja battle game” that supports four-player battles with up to eight players online. There’s currently no release date, and the official website is still a placeholder test page.
Honestly, going by the title I was kind of hoping it would be a soccer game…
As for Naruto: Ultimate Ninja Storm Trilogy, you can probably guess what that entails. The collection will include Ultimate Ninja Storm, Ultimate Ninja Storm 2, Ultimate Ninja Storm 3, and DLC when it hits PS4 in Japan on July 27. Those who pick up early copies will get a code for the Jump Festa Boruto anime, and those who go for the retail version will also get a poster.
