DeNA, Sotsu, Nippon Cultural Broadcasting Co-Launch "Project ANIMA" for Three Original TV Anime
Japanese net service company DeNA, advertising agency Sotsu, and Tokyo-based radio station Nippon Cultural Broadcasting (Bunka Housou) have announced their joint project “Project ANIMA” to air three original TV anime series with different themes in 2020. DeNA serves as lead manager, Sotsu handles licensing operation, and NCB works on media development.
The project will invite the based stories for the three anime from both professional and amateur creators. You will be able to send your original ideas (in the form of novel, screenplay, manga, illustrations, animation, etc.) via DeNA’s web manga site Mang Box and web novel site Every Star. The theme for the first title is “Sci-fi/Robot anime” and Satelight (Macross Delta) will work on anime production. Submissions will be accepted between February 1 and April 15, 2018.
The theme for the second title is “Parallel Universe/Fantasy” and J.C. Staff (A Certain Magical Index)
will produce. The third title will be animated by Doga Kobo (Yuruyuri) and its theme will be announced
at a later date.
